By accessing or using Evidentia Pro (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Evidentia Pro provides an outcomes management platform for justice-involved and behavioral health programs, including participant tracking, assessment scoring, reporting tools, and related features. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We process your data only to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any required consents from individuals whose data you enter into the platform.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including software, design, trademarks, and documentation — remain with Evidentia Pro. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evidentia Pro's liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
